Hello everyone! ^_^ My friend, LadyMidnightSolace, and I are hosting a collab contest with a few of our characters! If you choose to participate, we hope you enjoy working on your pieces! If you have any questions about the characters, please don't hesitate to note us. Good examples would be asking us what kind of environment the character lives in, or realistic facial features. Listed below are the four characters you may chose from for your contest entry. Please pick ONE of the characters for your entry. Below each are up-to-date references, as well as some facts to symbolism, personality etc as a means to give you a overall feel of the character for your piece.

TRISTAN (The Immortal Child)
SYMBOLISM: Black Tiger 🔷 Black Twisted Dead Tree 🔷 Winter
PERSONALITY: Charming 🔷 Polite 🔷 Manipulative 🔷 Predatory 🔷 Scary Intelligent
FACETS: Immortal (Appearance : 20) 🔷 Feared By Those Who Serve Him 🔷 Eyes Unnaturally Black With Blue Glint 🔷 Knows Language & Writing (Uncommon) 🔷 Close to His Horse (Dalia)
OUTFIT DETAILS: He bares the crest of his ancient tribe, the Black Tiger. His eyes are not blue. They are black with a highlight/glint of blue. His sword is not mandatory. **His helmet design will be added once the commission itself is complete. It isn't required to have him with his helmet, but if you'd like to wait, I'll update this journal once the piece is finished.**

KYRIE NETHERGLOOM

FACETS: Fae (Fairy Species) 🔷 Sickly (Unnatural & Not Well Received By Her People) 🔷 Is Often Found Wandering Old Ruins 🔷 Lacks Fear (Which Gets Her Into Trouble) 🔷 Hums Regularly
OUTFIT DETAILS: Her wings are like Hummingbird wings, a rarity in the Fae and also seen as a genetic deformity. Her wings are mandatory. She is much shorter than average and often wears a serenely intense expression. Her crown of Gloxinia flowers can actually wilt if she becomes sad or angry.

OUTFIT DETAILS: Has a silver skull ring on his left thumb, and one white streak in his hair. You can do him with or without his wings. His scythe is optional too.

OUTFIT DETAILS: The whistle around her neck is gold as shown in the first ref, though has a feather of her firebird attached to it. Can do either outfit though I prefer the first one linked. Her hair is short, like in the first and third ref.

RULES
I. Artwork must be your own; any work that has been stolen will immediately be disqualified, and you may be reported to deviantArt.
II. Forms of media accepted in this competition are; Traditional, Digital and Pixel.
III. You may do chibi, digital or traditional. It can be waist up or full body pieces for this contest, which are colored. NO sketches please.
IV. No negative space/plain white for a background. It must have some kind of design, even if it's simple. It would be better if it were a full background and help you in earning more points for the judging, but it is not mandatory.
V. Each person may only submit one entry.
VI. Do not change the outfits of the characters, unless granted permission by their respective owner. If you are unsure of the outfits details please note us for in depth references and explanation.
VII. Using references is allowed for this competition, but tracing is not. Photomanipulation is not allowed, either.
VIII. Old artwork will not be accepted, the entry must be a new deviation.
IX. When posting your entry up make sure to label the character copyright to its respective owner, and link back to the contest.
X. All entries must be uploaded before the deadline. Any uploaded after the deadline will not be taken into consideration.
XI. Donators may participate, judges cannot.
XII. If you participate please inform us so that we can make sure to keep all participants updated on the contest. A list of participants will be kept on the AngelicHellraiser’s page, and LadyMidnightSolace’s page. If you find you are not on either list please contact us.
XIII. If anyone wishes to donate a prize for the contest, please inform us to what you would like to donate. We are happy, and extremely grateful for any donations.
(added) XIV. We don't mind nudity as long as it's tasteful. However, overly sexual content (i.e. the piece is only focused on the breasts or private areas) is prohibited for this particular contest.
